These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and mediation services made via the website www.balihunter.com or directly through Bali Hunter.

Bali Hunter offers the following services:
Direct booking of own holiday accommodations (villas)
Mediation of additional services, in particular:
Tours and activities
Transfers (e.g. airport transfers)
Scooter rental
Redirection to external partners (e.g. via affiliate links)
👉 For mediated services, Bali Hunter acts solely as an intermediary and is not the contractual provider of the service.
A binding contract is concluded once:
a booking is made via the website or directly, and
the payment (deposit or full amount) has been successfully completed
For tours, transfers or scooter rentals, the contract is concluded directly between the customer and the respective provider.
Bali Hunter only acts as an intermediary.
👉 By completing the booking, the guest expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are displayed on the website
Payment is made via the available payment methods (e.g. PayPal)
A deposit of 10% of the total price is due upon booking
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival
👉 If the remaining balance is not paid on time, Bali Hunter reserves the right to cancel the booking and reassign the accommodation.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: no refund
In case of no-show: no refund
For tours, transfers or scooter rentals, only the cancellation policies of the respective provider apply.
👉 Bali Hunter has no control over these policies and assumes no liability.
There is no right of withdrawal, as:
the services are time-specific (accommodation)
the service is provided at a fixed date
The following rules apply to all villa bookings:
Maximum occupancy according to booking
No parties or events
No pets (unless otherwise agreed)
No smoking inside the villa
Quiet hours: 21:00 – 06:00
Careful use of the property
In Bali, religious rituals are an essential part of daily life.
Therefore:
In rare cases, local staff or representatives may require access to the villa to perform religious ceremonies, offerings or prayers
Such access will be announced at least 24 hours in advance
The ceremonies will be conducted briefly and with minimal disruption
👉 These ceremonies are culturally and religiously mandatory and cannot be postponed or declined
Bali Hunter is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Use of the accommodation and especially the pool is at your own risk
Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times
Guests are liable for any damage they cause
For mediated services (tours, transfers, scooter rentals):
Bali Hunter is not the provider or organizer
There is no liability for:
execution of the service
quality
safety
delays or changes
👉 Any claims must be directed to the respective provider.
Bali Hunter is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including:
weather conditions
flight delays or cancellations
governmental actions
local restrictions or events
Some content may include affiliate links (e.g. for flights, eSIM or hotels).
Bali Hunter may receive a commission if you book via these links.
There are no additional costs for the customer.
